Sunstate's Michael Watts Named Chairman of Mobile Mini

The company’s lead independent director, Michael Watts, who is also founder and chairman of Sunstate Equipment Co., will replace current chairman, president and CEO Steven Bunger when he leaves Dec. 31.

The Board of Directors of Mobile Mini Inc. and its chairman, president and CEO, Steven Bunger, announced that Bunger will step down as a member of the board and as president and CEO of the company, effective December 31, 2012. The company’s lead independent director, Michael Watts, founder and chairman of Sunstate Equipment Co., will assume the role of chairman of the board until a permanent replacement is found.
