Super Build America Bonds to Fund Part of Road Project in Louisiana

Lower interest rates and prime market conditions helped propel the Bossier Parish Police Jury to agree to issue $8.1 million in Super Build America Bonds last month to fund part of a $13.5 million Arthur Ray Teague Parkway extension.
