JCB is upgrading its mid-range wheel loader range, introducing features from its range-topping 457 wheel loader to the 427 and 437 models, along with the smaller 411 and 417 loaders.
- 108-hp 411 and 125-hp 417 powered by EcoMAX Tier 4 Final-compliant diesel engines, while the 179-hp 427 and 183-hp 437 use a Cummins Tier 4 Final diesel engine
- Engines meet the latest emissions standards without the use of a diesel particulate filter (DPF)
- Automatic powershift transmissions
- 411 and 417 come standard with HT loader arms in parallel- and non-parallel lift, while the larger models can be ordered with the HT or power ZX loader arms
- Engine-cooling fan provides a cyclonic scavenge system to remove dust particles from the precleaner (reversible cooling fan option available)
- CommandPlus cab with Command Driving Position offering revised pedals, an adjustable steering column and seat-mounted hydraulic controls
- Full-color LCD screens incorporate access to the operating menus and act as a monitor for a rear view camera
- CommandPlus Control system allows adjustment of auxiliary flow rates, SRS boom suspension engagement speeds and the timing of cooling fan reversal
- Single-piece engine hood can be electrically or manually raised to provide improved service access to the engine and cooling pack
- Choice of seat and control options, with electrohydraulic proportional auxiliary controls fitted as standard
