The redesigned Heavy Duty Industrial (HDI) Diesel Standby product line provides power solutions for a variety of commercial, industrial and life-critical applications. These generators are certified with the 2021 International Building Code (IBC) - SEISMIC CERTIFICATION, allowing the products to withstand a seismic event. All HIPOWER HDI generators combine a rugged design and the use of high-quality materials supporting up to 200 mph wind certification and providing the user with dependable power.
The generators are powered by radiator-cooled, industrial FPT Diesel and Volvo engines that meet current Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) exhaust emission regulations, driving a single bearing four-pole, three-phase alternator, with IP23 protection. The Emergency Power kW rating is given with a 120°F (40°C) alternator winding temperature rise.
