Manitowoc designed the 31000 lattice boom crawler crane, currently its largest capacity crawler crane. The crane features a Variable Position Counterweight system that positions the crane's counterweight between eight meters fully retracted to 29 meters fully extended.

Four trunnion-mounted crawlers
Dual 600 hp Cummins engine
EPIC controls with CAN-bus technology
Five-section, high strength welded steel carbody
Max capacity: 2,300 tons
Fixed jib length: 42 meters
Luffing jib length: 114 meters
