Asphalt Testing Solutions & Engineering (ATS) is a locally owned and operated, independent asphalt testing company in Jacksonville, Florida. ATS personnel manage and staff the on-site laboratories for asphalt producers as well as provide qualified asphalt roadway technicians for state, commercial and private jobs. The labs are accredited by CMEC and technicians certified by the Florida DOT.
