Millions of small businesses who provide health insurance to their employees will be eligible for a tax credit when filing 2010 taxes.
According to an article in the Chicago Tribune businesses that employ fewer than 25 full-time workers, pay at least 50% of health care costs for workers, and pay an average annual wage of less than $50,000 are eligible.
If those are the main requirements the credit certainly should apply to many paving and pavement maintenance businesses and is worth looking into.
