One of Your Competitors?

All year long I've been hearing from parking lot sweepers facing reduced frequencies and fighting bids from national service providers driving revenues and profits down -- but this is ridiculous! I guess the equipment investment is low and fuel costs would be down, but productivity and job quality have got to be a concern. FYI, this photo was sent to my by a Pavement reader. The only doctoring we did was to insert the black bars to protect the identity of the "sweeper" and property.
