According to the International Business Times, Missouri legislators are proposing three bills that include right-to-work provisions. One bill, introduced by Democrat Rep. Courtney Curtis, is proposing a more limited right-to-work version that would apply only to the construction industry. His goal is to fight the persistent discrimination by local building trades unions against minority workers and contractors.
