Glendale, Ariz., Planning $15 Million Transit Upgrade

Park-and-ride and transit center in north Glendale could be combined or built as separate facilities

Planning has begun for a $15 million park-and-ride and transit center in north Glendale, Ariz. City transit administrator Cathy Colbath said the design phase of the project should start in mid- to late spring. Construction is planned for 2014 and 2015.
