Contractor Charter Construction plans to build Seattle’s first modular apartment building in seven months, a schedule roughly 40 percent shorter than expected in a normal mid-rise apartment community. The seven-and-a-half-story project dubbed ‘N’ Habit by developers Daly Partners will be in the Belltown neighborhood.
