Harris Construction drops suit for nonpayment, is out as general contractor, and hospital owner's construction division likely to finish five-story tower

Tulare Regional Medical Center will pay Harris Construction up to $7.9 million to settle allegations by the Fresno, Calif., contractor that it was not paid for work on a five-story hospital addition that remains unfinished.
