Mexico has opened a series of 24 new energy projects that will be up for bid starting this summer. The projects are open to bids from American and other foreign contractors. The projects include more than $9.8 billion in infrastructure investments and would lay down nearly 1,500 miles of natural gas pipeline and around 2,000 miles of power lines.
