Developers of new private commercial real estate development prioritizing hiring local workers for construction jobs

Miami Worldcenter is one of the largest private master-planned projects in the United States, featuring a diversity of urban land use, including retail, hospitality, and residential space. Located in the core of downtown Miami, the ten-block, mixed-use development is situated immediately north of the Central Business District.

Developers of the new Miami Worldcenter, a $2 billion private commercial real estate development, are adding 10,000 construction jobs with priority of hiring those living within the Southeast Overtown/Park West and Omni Community Redevelopment areas, the Overtown community and zip codes within the city of Miami and Miami-Dade County.

The Worldcenter project will include retail, hospitality and residential assets on 10 blocks of vacant land in Downtown Miami.
