The fifth annual Women in Leadership Conference was held on June 5 and 6, 2018 in East Peoria, IL, and focused on the theme of “Building a Better World.” More than 125 dealer personnel representing 40 countries joined senior Caterpillar team members as well as customers and suppliers to talk about business growth and the value of diversity.
