Makita has released a new 18V LXT Lithium-Ion Brushless ½" Hammer Driver-Drill, model XPH07M. The new Hammer Driver-Drill features 1,090 in lbs. of torque, the most in the category, and is powered by the new Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion 4.0Ah battery for longer run time and the industry's fastest charge time.
• The XPH07M is powered by Makita's efficient BL Brushless motor, which is electronically controlled to optimize battery energy use for up to 50% longer run time per charge than similar non-brushless tools
• Up to 77 holes per single charge of the 18V 4.0Ah battery (Application: 2-9/16" self-feed bit into 2x material)
• The 18V LXT Lithium-Ion 4.0Ah battery reaches a full charge in only 40 minutes
• The XPH07M features Star Protection Computer Control a communication technology that allows the Star Protection-equipped tool and battery to exchange data in real time and monitor conditions during use to protect against overloading, over-discharging and overheating
• The tool can also be powered by Makita 18V LXT and Compact Lithium-Ion batteries with the star symbol on the battery indicating Star Protection inside
