Through several generations, Frederico Demoliton, a leading New York-based demolition company, has built a reputation for superior performance through creative solutions and cutting-edge methodology. Their passion for smarter and safer demolition work has led to a growing fleet of robotic demolition equipment.

The company recently began operating the largest demolition robot in the North America construction market - the 24,361-lb. Brokk 800S. It is the company’s seventh robot model and rounds out the capabilities of its fleet for tunneling and specialty applications, including mass, structural and concrete demolition.

Brokk Frederico 2The 800S features the signature three-part arm that enables a 32-ft. reach, enhanced maneuverability and attachment capability similar to larger equipment. For heavy-duty demolition, it can be equipped with the 2,646-lb. Epiroc MB 1200 breaker, a tool typically recommended for 33,000- to 57,000-lb. excavators. The robot can also be used with concrete crushers, drum cutters, grapples, buckets, drilling equipment and metal shears.

Frederico Demolition also offers disaster recovery and environmental cleanup services in addition to specialty demolition for both private and public entities along the Eastern Seaboard.

“To provide exemplary results every time, you need the right tools for the job. For us, that’s Brokk demolition robots,” said Mark Frederico, owner of  Frederico     Demolition. “Our Brokk robots provide a lot of power in a small package, which allows us to bring a hard-hitting machine into a tight space. The range of attachments also increases our versatility to tackle a variety of specialty demolition projects.”
