Attending the Intermat 2015 exhibition in Paris, France, for the first time as a standalone company, Terex Trucks will have a 55-tonne capacity TR60 on display at stand 6 C 084 to represent its rigid dump truck line-up, which ranges from the 41-tonne payload capacity TR45 to the 91-tonne payload capacity TR100. The TR60 is a popular model in the EMEA region, and is suited for a wide range of hauling applications.
Terex Trucks' rigid dump trucks have been developed to provide a balance of power, effective gearing and optimal weight distribution in order to maximize productivity in demanding jobsites. Their heavy-duty engine has been calibrated specifically for hauler applications. Combined with a robust drivetrain and rear axle, they provide maximum traction, rimpull and reliability.
The shift engine management transmission system offers selectable shift modes to ensure a faster, smoother and more efficient gear performance, which results in quicker haul cycles and efficient fuel consumption. A dual retardation system is installed as standard and gives the operator the flexibility to select the optimum retardation for various applications and conditions, enabling safer operation and greater operator control.
