The 1206F series 7-liter, six-cylinder engines package the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC)/diesel particulate filter (DPF) canister and the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system into one integrated module that can be positioned remotely in a machine chassis or directly on top of the engine. The DPF uses passive regeneration, which is totally transparent to the operator and service free.
