The Doppstadt family business based in Velbert was founded in 1965. While the beginnings were in the development of agricultural machinery, Doppstadt is now a leading global solution and full-service provider in all areas of environmental technology and resource extraction. The group of companies consists of competence centers in Velbert for prototype development, production and sales, Wülfrath for service, Calbe for series production and Wilsdruff for wet separation. It employs around 700 people and has an international dealer network with partners in over 40 countries.
