Vermeer is highlighting the three available configurations of its VX75 trailer vacuum excavator, offering utility contractors options tailored to different jobsite applications.
The VX75 is available in standard, jetter and air configurations. The standard model is designed for potholing, daylighting and excavation work, while the jetter version adds pipe and culvert cleaning capabilities. The air configuration includes an onboard air compressor for dry excavation and powering pneumatic tools.
All VX75 models feature remote controls, dual cyclone filtration, spoil tank options and design updates aimed at simplifying operation and maintenance.
Additional features include an extended trailer tongue for improved towing, reverse pressure capability for cleaner material offloading and an optional hot box for cold-weather operation.
According to Vermeer, the different configurations allow contractors to match the machine to their primary utility and excavation applications.
