Richards Paving, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Richard Piendak. Our Corporate Office is located at 9 Bellecor Drive in New Castle, Delaware, located on 5 acres across from the New Castle County Airport. Servicing the quad state area 2 hours from our head quarters. We specialize in asphalt paving, resurfacing, pavement maintaince of all types, install streets and parking lots, asphalt patching and repairs, heavy duty sealcoating, retaining walls, crack filling and infrared patching.
