DC Line, Inc. is a small, local business based in Washington, DC. The President and General Manager, Richard W. Kohls, Jr., has over 40 years of road marking experience and has been in business since 2001. We are a pavement marking company specializing in thermoplastic application. We do road markings , utility cuts and parking lots. Our work is primarily in DC, but we also work in Maryland and Virginia.
