Graham Dobbs has been involved in the equipment rental industry for over 20 years. He started his working career as a rental desk operator and left after 13 years to work for inspHire, a leading rental software provider in the UK. After starting with the company in 2000 as a project manager implementing systems to rental companies throughout Europe, he became the operations director responsible for support and the implementation team, moving to sales in 2005 as sales director. Dobbs was appointed managing director in 2009 and has enjoyed guiding the business through double-digit growth year on year since.
