Judy Gaus partners with executive team colleagues to provide superior services in human resources to meet AEM's strategic objectives. As a leader, mentor, and internal consultant, Gaus fosters a work culture that contributes to a coveted staff retention rate, encourages a high level of staff engagement, and positions human capital to exceed the needs of AEM's members. Areas of focus include talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, benefit and compensation planning, talent management, and staff communication. She also chairs the executive-level Business Operations Leadership Team, directs the executive and administrative support needs of the organization, manages a best-in-class facility, and oversees the operational needs of their DC and China offices.
