Deere Laying Off Workers, Pausing Production in Iowa

According to a story in the Quad-City Times, Deere has laid off more workers in Iowa.

According to the Quad-City Times, Deere & Co. is suspending production at two Iowa factories, in Davenport and Dubuque. Both facilities produce construction and forestry products. 

More than 100 workers are on indefinite layoff, effective June 1. Deere already laid off about 100 employees from the Dubuque plant earlier this year.
