Maintenance Inc. Celebrates 80 Years

Maintenance Inc., a producer and supplier of a broad variety of pavement maintenance products, is celebrating its 80th year in business according to Mark McCleod, president and CEO.

"Just like contractors hand their businesses down to the next generation, your grandfather and father used FSA and FASS DRI, our Original Gator Patch, our Rec-Tech sport color coatings, and all the hard-to-find needed items that Maintenance Inc. always carries," McLeod said.

He said that in addition to additives such as FSA and FASS DRI sealer film driers and enhancers, Maintenance Inc. has expanded into the sealcoating parts and accessories business with the opening of "Your Sealcoating Parts Superstore" that handles parts and accessories for most name-brand equipment in the industry.

"We pride ourselves on providing the contractor the finest products and service in the industry," McLeod said. "Along with the addition of a few new equipment/parts brands and lines of color products from our Rec-Tech recreational coatings, we expect to continue the growth pattern to earn market share."

"Our projections and sales have already reached peak interest, and I am excited to turn the sales staff loose for our 80th season. I am so humbled to be a part of such a storied company."
