Daniel Fry has been banned from doing paving work in the state of Pennsylvania and also ordered to pay $75,590 in civil penalties and restitution for 'shoddy work.'
The Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection has secured a default court-ordered judgement against Fry which forbids him from being a home improvement contractor in the state and prohibits him from applying for registration under the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.
Fry allegedly performed home improvement services that differed from the written contracts without valid change orders. In addition, complaints said Fry took payments for work that was never completed.
