Roger C. Sutherland

 a senior water resources engineer with close to 50 years of professional engineering experience in watershed/stormwater management planning, water quality planning and BMP evaluation. Mr. Sutherland is a recognized international expert in urban stormwater load modelling and the use of street sweeping, catchbasin cleaning and end of the pipe treatment practices needed to remove pollutants from urban runoff. Mr. Sutherland has presented at conferences and short courses on the topics of urban hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality well over one hundred times since 1975. Mr. Sutherland has lectured seventeen times from 1990 through 2003 as a faculty member at a BMP short course sponsored by the University of Wisconsin. He has presented two webinars through Forester University discussing both street sweeping and street dirt.
