Steve Hoard is the Southwest Sales Manager for Arcosa Lightweight. He has over two decades of experience working in the cement, ready-mixed concrete, asphalt and aggregate industries. He currently serves as the Asphalt Committee Chairperson for the Expanded Shale, Clay and Slate Institute.
