Owners, Larry Sanderford and James Sanderford, PE have 60 years of combined experience. Larry Sanderford has over 40 years of experience in the asphalt production and placement industry in the Raleigh and Wilmington markets. James Sanderford, PE has over 20 years experience in sitework, asphalt placement, and engineering. James is both a licensed professional engineer and general contractor. Southern Asphalt, Inc. prides itself on having one of the most experienced personnel in Eastern North Carolina. All of our foremen and key personnel have been with us since our inception.
