Genie has introduced the GTH-1544 telehandler, a new pick-and-carry model designed to improve material movement on large construction, infrastructure, industrial and energy jobsites.
The telehandler has a maximum lift capacity of 15,000 pounds and a lift height of 44 feet, 7 inches. Unlike telehandlers that require stabilizers for lifting operations, the GTH-1544 is designed to transport materials across jobsites without frequent setup, helping crews move loads more efficiently.
The machine features higher lifting capacity throughout its operating range, a 360-degree visibility cab, front and rear limited-slip differentials, and proportional frame leveling that allows operators to place loads on side slopes up to 10 degrees.
Additional features include a multifunction joystick, redesigned gauge cluster, a range of fork and carriage options, and a standard lifting shackle. Optional features include a backup camera and load moment indicator.
