Atlas Copco has launched the X-Air+ 900-435 air compressor in the U.S., designed for high-pressure drilling applications requiring consistent airflow and reliability.
The unit delivers up to 900 cfm with a maximum working pressure of 436 psi, allowing contractors to handle demanding drilling tasks with a single machine.
The compressor includes a dual-stage screw element and integrates Atlas Copco’s AirXpert 2.0 system, which automatically balances airflow and pressure based on jobsite needs. The company said the system is intended to improve productivity while helping manage fuel consumption.
Additional features include OilXpert technology to regulate oil temperature and reduce wear, along with the Xc4004 Smart Air controller, which provides real-time data on airflow, pressure and fuel use. The compressor can also connect to FleetLink for remote fleet monitoring.
Designed for demanding jobsite conditions, the unit includes a containment frame to reduce environmental risk, an integrated aftercooler and water separator, and external fuel connections to support longer run times.
