Weather Guard is expanding its van upfit product line with new folding shelves, pro-grade rigid flooring and custom-fit storage bins. The additions are designed to improve flexibility, safety and efficiency for contractors, tradespeople and delivery drivers.
The folding shelves allow users to customize storage space with one-handed operation, supporting up to 300 pounds per shelf. Made from lightweight aluminum, the shelves integrate with existing Weather Guard systems and can be converted into a continuous surface for larger items.
The new rigid van flooring provides a durable, slip-resistant surface to protect interiors and improve safety. Built from a composite core with a rubber overlay, the flooring installs without drilling, works with electric vans and is available for popular models including Ford, Ram, Mercedes, GM and Chevy.
The redesigned storage bins are custom-fit for Weather Guard shelving, locking into place to prevent shifting during transit. Stackable and labeled for quick identification, the bins help organize tools, fasteners and small parts on the go.
