Sage Oil Vac expanded its non-CDL lube truck capability by adding an enclosed-body model with heaters that deliver all-season performance. When outdoor temperatures plummet, the enclosed non-CDL lube truck minimizes oil viscosity to ensure hassle-free fluid transfer.

A Miller CabEn heater and two Eberspächer diesel heaters keep your operation from freezing in its tracks. These heaters, paired with enclosed tanks, ensure oil viscosity stays low enough to flow in even the coldest environments.

With certified drivers in high demand and short supply, a non-CDL service truck significantly expands your potential labor pool. Yet they remain perfectly sized for preventive maintenance on all types of equipment in your fleet.

Space can be tight on many jobsites and trying to maneuver a large tandem-axle truck or trailer can be challenging. A single-axle non-CDL service truck is the solution on these crowded sites. These lighter-weight trucks can also perform better in rough terrain than their larger tandem-axle counterparts for mobility seldom seen with a larger truck. If your operation travels between jobsites and encounters difficult terrain, smaller trucks like the Sage Oil Vac non-CDL models may be your best choice for a heavy-duty maintenance vehicle.

Non-CDL trucks also come with a lower initial investment than Class 7/8 trucks and their smaller displacement engines mean fuel savings.

The new Sage Oil Vac non-CDL enclosed lube body is constructed of a steel subframe with aluminum cabinets and components to optimize weight savings. The enclosure provides generous dry storage space with tool and filter storage including five boxes and more than 60 cubic feet of space. Removable roof panels also provide easy tank access.

Eight product tanks provide a capacity of 480 gallons of fresh fluid and 280 gallons of used fluids. This includes:

  • Two 120-gallon (454.25-liter) fresh oil tanks
  • Three 60-gallon (227.13-liter) fresh oil tanks
  • A 60-gallon (227.13-liter fresh coolant tank
  • A 220-gallon (832.79-liter) used oil tank
  • A 60-gallon (227.13-liter) used coolant tank
  • A 120-pound grease drum

Sage Oil Vac non-CDL lube trucks feature fluid control panels to make fluid loading a cinch from ground level. From diesel generator maintenance to traditional fleet maintenance, a non-CDL lube truck body is economical and packaged for operator convenience. Operators can easily view fluid levels with LED indicators and make changes with centrally located controls — both available in the fluid reels cabinet.
