Select 2013 Ram 1500 pickups offer a stop-start feature that saves fuel by automatically shutting off the engine when the truck comes to a complete stop, and restarting it automatically when the driver releases the brake. Ram says the feature can improve fuel efficiency up to 3.3%. The radio, gauges, air conditioning or heating continue to operate when the engine is off.
