Metabo HPT has announced the newest addition to its cordless lineup with the 18V MultiVolt 18-gauge ¼-in. Narrow Crown Stapler (model N1804DA). This brushless stapler is compact and lightweight at 4.4 lbs., enabling the tool to fit in tight spaces and facilitate work on overhead applications. It can drive two staples per second with zero ramp up.
This product features Metabo HPT’s Air Spring Drive Technology for installing soffit panels, setting underlayment or aluminum flashing, assembling cabinets and tackling various trim work.
Drive up to 1,000 ¼-in. crown staples per charge with the included 18V 2.0Ah battery featuring a fuel gauge. This cordless stapler accepts 1/2-in. to 1-1/2-in. 18-gauge narrow crown staples. Its magazine has the capacity to hold 100 staples at a time. The tool-less depth of drive facilitates adjustments between flush drive or countersinking staples into varying materials. Choose between sequential actuation for stapling or bump fire mode for rapid driving. It’s equipped with a compact hook to hang from a tool belt.
The low maintenance Air Spring Drive technology uses compressed air to drive each staple to set up to 1-1/2-in. staples into oak and maple. For user safety, this tool features an LED light and a side-lock switch to prevent accidental firing. A non-slip rubber grip helps maintain control during use.
