• 4048 FRAP closed-circuit mobile plant is designed for higher capacity RAP processing; unit offers a 48" x 12' vibrating grizzly feeder; an Inertia 4048 HS Impactor; a 6' x 18' high-frequency two-deck screen; and allows producers to process multiple products (FRAP, RAP B, and RAP C) with one self-contained portable plant
• 5066 tracker primary HSI crusher is engineered to deliver higher capacities (up to 700 tph) at lower costs per ton, while also offering unique trailer-free transport; complete with its own removable axle for easy, cost-effective transport
• 620 Spec Maker portable screening plant features its own triple-axle chassis; 6' x 20' double-deck inclined screen; onboard fold-down feeding, transfer, side discharge, and stacking conveyors; and a 48-inch belt feeder, with hopper and grizzly; unit can be combined with any Inertia Machine crushing plant to create a closed-circuit operation, without the need for additional transfer conveyors
