Gregg M. Schoppman is a partner at FMI Corporation, management consultants and investment bankers for the construction industry, where he specializes in productivity and project management for general and trade contractors across the country. He facilitates strategic planning and evaluation services focused on organizational transformation.
He leads FMI’s Operations consulting practice as the discipline leader, has been a featured instructor in FMI’s Project Manager Academy and regularly trains at all levels of construction from foreman to CEO.
Prior to FMI, Schoppman was a senior project manager for a general contracting firm in central Florida, completing complex and sophisticated construction projects in several niches and geographic markets.
