Premier Equipment Solutions is exploring how AI tools can support operations across its compact equipment dealership network in the Northeast, beginning with a pilot of Chasi, a platform designed for equipment dealers and rental companies.
Chasi, an AI platform designed for equipment dealers and rental companies, is being evaluated to provide greater visibility into customer interactions, sales activity, rentals, parts, service operations and fleet performance. The pilot also aims to identify underutilized equipment, prioritize sales opportunities and provide managers with broader operational insights.
Premier Equipment Solutions CEO Andy Suhy said the company is using the pilot to determine how AI can reduce administrative work and give employees faster access to information while supporting customer interactions related to equipment sales, rentals, parts and service. He said the technology is intended to support employees rather than replace their experience or decision-making.
The company said the initiative is part of its broader effort to improve productivity, strengthen customer relationships and provide better visibility across its growing dealership network.
