
Command Alkon has launched Command Community, an online platform designed to give customers easier access to support resources and self-service tools.
The platform allows users to submit, view and manage support cases, track order history and check delivery status through carrier websites. It also provides a Knowledge Base with articles, FAQs and troubleshooting guides to help customers resolve issues independently.
New features include chat support, personalized list views for cases and orders and the ability to add comments within cases to streamline communication with support agents.
Command Alkon said the platform is intended to improve convenience and accessibility by offering 24/7 availability for key support needs across the heavy building materials industry.
