
Wolverhampton-based tech company jobmate has launched jobmate planner, a cloud-based scheduling tool aimed at small businesses and field service operators.
The platform is designed to address challenges such as last-minute cancellations, emergency call-outs, skills and certification requirements, and the need for real-time visibility. Its drag-and-drop interface allows for quick job allocation, reallocation, and adjustments throughout the day.
jobmate planner operates as a progressive web app, making it accessible on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. It integrates with jobmate pro, the company’s management platform, which includes digital timesheets, certification reminders, and inventory tracking.
By consolidating scheduling and workforce management into one system, jobmate says the tools help small businesses cut paperwork, stay compliant and improve efficiency.
