
Propel People, an AI-driven recruiting platform for construction, has partnered with iHire, an employment network connecting 15 million candidates across 57 industry communities, including construction. The integration allows construction companies to post jobs directly from Propel People to iHireConstruction, using AI-powered resume scoring and streamlined applicant tracking.
The partnership addresses the industry’s skilled labor shortage by enabling faster hiring and reducing administrative bottlenecks. Features include automatic job posting, applicant syncing, and talent pipelining, helping small and mid-sized companies compete with larger firms for qualified workers.
“By combining Propel People’s AI tools with iHire’s construction network, contractors can quickly access the right candidates and keep projects on schedule,” said Propel People CEO Dexter Bachelder.
iHire President Steve Flook noted the integration strengthens connections between job seekers and employers while expanding access to other talent communities, such as accounting, HR, and sales, supporting broader workforce needs.
