Waites Sensor Technologies has launched PiezoNode, an advanced quad-channel condition monitoring device designed for high-heat, high-stress rotating equipment such as turbines, generators, compressors and motors.

PiezoNode connects directly to piezoelectric sensors via the industry-standard IEPE interface, continuously streaming machine-health data into Waites’ predictive maintenance system. This allows operators to monitor assets in extreme conditions where traditional wireless sensors cannot survive.

Rated for temperatures above 480°F, PiezoNode provides real-time visibility in tight or hazardous environments, centralizing data for AI-driven analysis and support from certified vibration analysts. The system also offers safe installation in restricted areas and white-label hardware options for distributors.
