According to a report from commercial real estate firm JLL, 15.3 million square feet of warehouse space was being built in North Texas at the end of 2014. That helped the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial market close its biggest construction year in more than a decade. The area saw only 8.8 million square feet of building at the end of 2013 and only 1 million square feet of warehouse construction at the end of 2012.
