Brian Sudduth, senior vice president of Miller Construction Company, is predicting that the Florida construction industry will see a continual upward trend in construction costs. “More stringent building and energy codes will also add to higher project costs," Sudduth said in an article on Globest.com. These more stringent codes will result in an increase in upfront building cost, he adds.
