Proposed West Virginia Natural Gas Plant Could Create 400 Construction Jobs

Site certificate granted for proposed $615 million natural gas-fired power plant

A proposed natural gas-fired power plant in Moundsville, W.V., could create 400 construction jobs. The project would cost about $615 million with the new plant expected to be operational by August 2018. A site certificate for the plant was granted last week.
