According to construction research firm CMD, industrial construction starts are expected to increase 7.8 percent in 2015 due mostly to restoring efforts by U.S. manufacturers. The firm says companies bringing jobs back to the U.S. will spur increased demand for manufacturing space, which will lead to more construction activity.
