Second CA City Clears Path for New NFL Stadium

Carson City Council has approved a second proposed pro football stadium in the Los Angeles area

Carson City Council approved in a 3-0 vote a $1.7 billion NFL stadium that could be home to the San Diego Chargers and the Oakland Raiders. Council members chose to approve the issue rather than put it before voters. In addition to the stadium approval in Carson, nearby Inglewood is also planning to build a new NFL stadium that could house the St. Louis Rams if they move to California.
