Louisiana House Passes $5B Construction Spending Plan

House approved a plan that includes $330 million more in projects than dollars available

In a 99-0 vote the Louisiana House passed House Bill 2 which includes $5 billion in projects over multiple years. The approved construction spending plan includes $330 million more in projects than dollars available. The bill now moves on to the state Senate.
